You'll work closely with Construction Supervisors to resolve scheduling, technical, and safety challenges, and ensure all works are delivered in line with our project execution plans.Your key responsibilities will include:Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safe work procedures and quality plansMaintaining comprehensive site diaries and quality records including ITPs and weld mapsOrdering and validating receipt of materials and equipment on siteConducting safety observations and audits, uploaded weekly to the MyOSH systemPreparing weekly client reports, man-hour productivity records, and cost forecastsLiaising with the drawing and engineering office to resolve technical issuesEnsuring field staff have access to correct, current drawings, tools, and equipmentAbout YouYou're a motivated engineer who thrives in a site-based environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.
