The OpportunityAs the Project Planner/Scheduler, reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for helping contribute to dynamic Work and Winning Team as we experience an unprecedented period of growth and change. As a part of a booming industry, and in conjunction with our overall business strategy, we are wanting to talk with experienced Planners & Schedulers to help optimise our programs to deliver value for money and excellence for our valued clients.You’ll be able to apply your skills and knowledge to:Assist the Work and Winning Team to establish project tender schedules and construction plans and follow these through to contract award, execution, and completion.Set-up and maintain the planning system in Primavera P6.Maintain multiple project schedules concurrently against the baseline (contract approved) schedule for each phase of the project.Assist the various Project Management to analyse the project schedule to identify problem areas along the project and to determine criticality of schedule activities. Provide input into alternative work methods to improve the overall project delivery.Establishes work sequencing and activity durations for all aspects of the project to determine interdisciplinary constraints, critical paths, and interfaces that explain work front sequences.Provide supporting information to the Project Management Team(s) to develop in contractual extension of time claims.
