The role will be based at Saunders Head Office in Rhodes, Sydney.THE ROLEPROJECT EXECUTIONDeliver all projects in accordance with the directions in the project execution plan.Strict compliance with the Saunders Project Management System (SPMS).Study and know in detail the contents of the following documents:New Contract MemorandumProject Risk & Opportunity RegisterContract Plans and SpecificationsProject estimate and schedule.Tender Terms and Conditions of contractAccountability for all commercial aspects of the project following hand over from tender team.Accountable to oversee the project tender and procurement process with reflection of 7 essential elements.EOM reporting and reconsolidation for budget expenditure and program attainmentDeliver project in accordance with the at award schedule.Accountable for all job costing and budgets in accordance with the limits in the company delegation of authority procedure with interface to the accounting and financial team.Keep Division Manager advised of significant problems or events that would impact on customer or public relations and/or involved legislative reaction.Develop and maintain safe working procedures in conjunction with the project execution plan.Investigate what our competitors are doing and recommend any adoption of new or improved methodDuring the course of a project, ensure that regular discussions are held with client to investigate when the next project may come to market and report back to division manager on any opportunitiesSupport the tender review process when requested by the proposals team. THE ROLE

PROJECT EXECUTION
