This is a full time role based in Darwin, NT. THE ROLEThe role will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and general administrative activities on the project/s.Your responsibilities include:Track and manage calendar appointments and meetings.Book and organise project management conferences.Weekly minute taking for project meetings.Vendor invoice reconciliation.Support project onboarding requirements for new starters.General word, excel, photocopying, filing and other ad hoc tasks, as requested.Book and/or support all travel to and from site, including accommodation.General management of supplies and facilities.THE IDEAL CANDIDATETo be successful you will have:Certificate in office administration (preferred)Minimum 3 years office administration / clerical experienceComprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office packageIntermediate Sharepoint and Excel skills/experienceSite/Project Administrative experienceStrong minute taking capabilityStrong communication skillsExcellent time management and multitasking skillsTHE BENEFITSMarket competitive remunerationExposure to resources industryFlexible working arrangements negotiable with project requirementsSupportive workplace cultureYears of service recognition and rewardsSaunders embraces the values of an innovative and diverse workforce and recognises that inclusion sets everyone up for success.
