The role will be based at Saunders Head Office in Rhodes, Sydney.THE ROLEThe responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Gathering, validating, and documenting requirements​ of Technical Projects.Maintain quality assurance, reporting and process improvements across the Organization.Overseeing the implementation of technical business projects and solutions.Contribute to the review of systems, process and project life cycle that clearly articulates the intent, user experience, systems and business processes, issues, and risks.Work closely with the IT team to help design innovative solutions that address business needs and align with overall company objectives.Initiate negotiations with stakeholders during the design, management, and implementation of business change; understand system requirements and leverage expertise to resolve complex issues.Conduct thorough analysis of workflows, data flows, Asset maintenance and business process to uncover opportunities for improvement and transformative change initiatives.Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading consultation with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, capture and document (high-level and detailed) business process.Be responsible for being the key contact for the client during the project delivery, being the key reference point to discuss scope changes, delivery delays and cost forecast.Develop test plans and test cases to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.perform Cyber Security/DISP activities and assist the ICT team with User Access Reviews, Security clearances and maintenance of DISP membership.ABOUT YOUEssentialBachelor's degree or a Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.1-2 years' experience in a business analysis role or a similar position.Solid understanding of Business Process, workflows, knowledge of ITL framework.Experience in generating process documentation and in eliciting requirements and testing.Strong written and verbal communication skills including report writing.Desirable Candidates with knowledge and experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:Experience working on Infrastructure & Cyber Security projects would have a distinct advantage.Exposure in co-ordinating all stages of projects, from planning and implementation to reporting.
